Formerly known as “Mission Hill”, Jensen has made a name for himself with a commitment to his songwriting craft and relentless gigging which includes dates all over the world and opening for artists such as Kid Rock, Bon Jovi, Train, Tim Reynolds, Third Eye Blind, Mat Kearney, Vertical Horizon, The Script, LIVE, Candlebox, WAR, Kesha, Boys Like Girls, Marcy Playground, Gin Blossoms, Tyrone Wells, Donavon Frankenreiter, Andy Grammer and many more. Adam has also won numerous awards including an LA Music Award for “Indie Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Singer of the Month” by Singer Universe Magazine.

“Head on a String” EP (released 1/29/2013) peaked at #7 on the iTunes Singer-Songwriter album charts.

Artist can perform with a full band (4-piece), full band acoustic, acoustic duo or acoustic solo.

Adam Jensen is an American rock recording artist, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Boston, MA. Jensen first built a following with the band Mission Hill after signing a record deal with Toucan Cove/Universal Records in 2009.

Jensen has co-written with Rob Thomas, Walt Aldridge and Eliot Sloan. He also collaborated with Candlebox lead singer, Kevin Martin, co-writing “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” a tribute to the Boston Marathon victims, and donated all proceeds to the ONE fund.

Jensen co-wrote, co-produced and is featured on the song, “Leave It All Behind,” By Dash Berlin, which is included on the “We Are – Part 1″ album released by Armada Music.

Solo career
Jensen tours nationally opening for artists such as 3 Doors Down, David Cook, Pat Benatar, Sammy Hagar, Better Than Ezra, Los Lonely Boys, Howie Day, and Tim Reynolds.

Jensen was nominated for “Songwriter of the Year” at the 2013 New England Music Awards which Matt Nathanson won, and was awarded honorable mention at the USA Songwriting Competition for the song “Still Hanging On.”

Jensen has also performed with Foreigner, Chicago and Gin Blossoms.

Mission Hill
In 2009, Jensen signed a management deal with David Corey, program director of CHUM-FM and former program director of KISS 108 in Boston, and Alert Entertainment, and formed the band Mission Hill. From 2009 to 2012, Mission Hill released two full-length albums and three EPs under the Toucan Cove/Universal Records label.

Jensen was named Male Vocalist of the Year (Indie) by the LA Music Awards in 2007.[4] Mission Hill was named #1 Band to Watch in 2010 by Boston Music Spotlight.

In 2010, Mission Hill performed as part of the annual KISS 108 Concert at the Comcast Center and was selected through Ourstage.com’s Super Band to play with Bon Jovi and Kid Rock at Gillette Stadium.

In 2010, Mission Hill traveled to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to perform as the resident band at Hard Rock Cafe for the month of February.

Mission Hill performed alongside national acts such as Bon Jovi, Kid Rock, Train, Third Eye Blind, Candlebox, Donavon Frankenreiter, Live, WAR, Marcy Playground, Parachute, Blessid Union of Souls and Vertical Horizon.
