The latest member of the family to join the team, our daughter Ashley will be preparing the growing number of additional recipes and serving suggestions to be featured on our website. Last month alone she added 15 new recipes featuring many of our new products including Mango Curry and Genovese Pesto. Her fresh new approach is sure to bring many new and exciting ideas for you to taste.
Ashley has grown up with our business from its humble beginnings in our family kitchen almost 30 years ago. Ashley graduated from “L’Institute d’Hotelerie et Tourisme” in Montreal, recognized as one of the best French Cooking schools in Canada. She studied hotel management as well as working on our recipe development.
