Frank Palangi – NY Rock Recording Artist – “I have no plan b on backing down on my dreams.”

“Positive Driving Rock” – Palangi is a force at work that fuels a feeding frenzy of contemporary rock. His solid tone, positive energetic attitude fuses with a deep yet gritty voice molding him recognizable. This admirable, handsome down to earth rocker doesn’t have to portray the party every day and every night typical lifestyle you may think musicians live. At the core is a singer/songwriter and mult-instrumentalist crafting fresh creativity. Constantly interacting with his fans through social media and gigs not only shows he cares, but that he is dedicated to his profession.

“It has been a blessing to do what I love and being a positive inspiration for fans through my music. Growing up, I dealt with childhood medical issues and learning to adapt and overcome challenges that somehow let me reroute illness into a strength. Along with the way I was raised, it gave me the passion, determination and will not give up on my dreams. The music industry itself is tough but doesn’t scare me to break up some doors.” Frank says.

HOW THINGS STARTED: Fate crossed paths catching the ears of a Grammy nominated rock band “Day Of Fire” while attending one of the bands last club performances in 2010 in Clifton Park, NY at Upstate Concert Hall. Being one of Frank’s influences in the positive rock genre, he made contact with Josh Brown (also singer from Full Devil Jacket) at the show and took his demo CD. A few days later, their producer Rogers Masson (worked with Marylin Manson, Vintage Trouble) made contact with Frank after being impressed with his material and soon after began production on the debut “Frank Palangi EP” released in 2011. The sessions were held in music center of the world, Nashville, TN. Rogers said, “This is the baddest rhythm section in the land, and along with the vocal guidance from Josh, Frank’s songs are going to turn out amazing.” Mastered by Mult-Grammy award winner Gavin Lurssen (Rober Plant. Foo Fighters, Eric Clapton, Queens of the Stone Age). Frank says “My first EP for me grew my sound into the place where it needed to be get to the next level, steering it toward the mainstream. I had so much fun flying down to TN with my experiences in the music mecca. I met a lot of great musicians and was absorbed in the culture. It gave me a platform to stand on and led to opportunities in radio, national shows, and the start of an online presence.”
