Hector Luis-Bustamante: He has become one of the most well known Latino actors in the world with regular recurring roles on several top 20 television programs. He has also appeared along side Denzel Washington in the Oscar winning film Training Day. He continually displays acting ability far and above that of an actor whose film and television career is less than ten years old. With some huge big screen projects on the horizon, his future appears to be bright and filled with great promise. Our prediction: an Academy Award for him within the next five years. We are most proud to present this recipient with our Hollywood Star for the Breakthrough Actor Award.
