Joanne grew up listening to her mother and grandmother play classical music and classics from the American song book on piano. She didn’t start on her own singing career until 2011 when her voice caught the ear of well-known West Coast bluesman J.C. Smith. Found & Lost Joanne’s first CD (with J.C. Smith as producer) was released under her label Freezing Rain Records April 2012 and is available on Amazon, CD Baby and iTunes. Found & Lost, introduces audiences to Joanne’s soulful blues sound pouring over updated arrangements of classic blues tunes like a good scotch!
In early 2012 as she launched her CD, due to requests to play at local venues, Joanne formed her first band – Joanne LeBlanc & the Fugitive Blues Band. She is a member of the Memphis Blues Foundation,and the Silicon Valley Blues Societies. Joanne is also is currently working on a new CD for release later in 2015/early 2016 titled ” Man oh Man!” which will contain original songs, and well-loved blues standards.

Jerome Kimsey – Drums
Jerome is a solid blues drummer. Jerome has played T-Bone Walker, Del Shannon, the Resistors, and Roy Rogers; toured with Gary Lewis & the Playboys,Debbie Davies; and recorded on the Pointer Sisters’ first album, “Wang Dang Doodle”, and on many of Sam Taylor’s hits. More recently Jerome played and toured with the Shane Dwight Band.
Stuart Horton – Guitar
Stuart’s fat tone and interesting harmonic work complement and add an edge that helps define the band’s style. He’s shared concert stages with many well known acts including Quiet Riot, Robin Trower, Cheap Trick, Pat Travers, Night Ranger and the Scorpions. Stuart also currently tours with one of the best Led Zeppelin tribute bands ,’Zeppelin Live’, as “Jimmy Page”
Bill Castro – Bass
Bill studied music at Chico State, guitar under Dale Ramey in Santa Cruz, and began playing bass in 1975.
Various music guests that sit in as “Fugitives” from time to time when they are not on the run!
