Pinhead was formed in late 1999 by Tom Bruno(guitar) and Kc Day(vocals). Releasing an album a year from 2001 to 2004, Pinhead enjoyed success in and around Southern California touring and recording, culminating in four nominations at the Los Angeles Music Awards in 2004. After a hiatus, which saw numerous other musical projects by the band members. Pinhead regrouped in 2009 with new members Ali Zamora(drums) and Seth Thompson(bass) and is now back performing live in Southern California. Pinhead is currently working on ‘Cycles’ the 5th studio album with Jeff Saltzman (Death Cab for Cutie, Menomena) and has a May 1st release date.
