2014 Nominee – Female Vocalist of the Year – 24th Annual LA Music Awards

Kenzie Mae was born the middle child of three country girls.  She was also born with a severe hearing disorder, which challenged her daily.  By seven years old Kenzie’s hearing was repaired and that is when her love affair with music began.  On campfire nights she eagerly watched her father play a few tunes and quickly taught herself to do the same.  Kenzie’s life on the ranch, supported by her parents, has taught her about hard work, a love for nature and her unique relationship with God.  Kenzie has “music running through her veins” and her passion has brought her to sing on TBN, local radio, in concerts and at numerous local and national events.  Country music singer/songwriter Kenzie Mae is currently working on her debut country album. She won first place in the Sara Evans cover contest for her rendition of “Anywhere”, won first place for the first stage of the 2013 national competition Texaco Country Showdown, and is moving on to the California State Finals on August 17th, 2013!
