Kid Wikkid, originally named Herrenvolk (not related to the New York Black/Darkwave band with the same name) formed in 1983. It was the first band of vocalist Sebastian Bach, who was 14 at the time. In 1984 they changed their name to Kid Wikkid (NOT to be confused with Kid Wicked and Kidd Wikkid)after a news paper article ‘Peterborough Kid Gets Wikkid’ . Formed in Toronto Canada, they release one tape with the tracks: Fire in Her Eyes, Reckless and Free, Lady Squeeze, Money in a Hurry and the single Take a Look at me, which was also on the ‘Maple Metal’ compilation record (attic Records 1985). Kid Wikkid disbanded in 1985 and Sebastian Bach joined Madam X.

I was 13 or 14 at the time but the guys in what would eventually become “Kid Wikkid ” were all 25 – 30 years of age. As I walked into the audition, there were 3 or 4 guys there in their mid to late 20’s, so I thought there would be no chance for me.
