Felice LaZae is a singer/songwriter who holds nothing back in her music. It’s all about telling a story. She grew up listening to classic musicals like Rogers and Hammerstein’s “The Sound of Music” which really began her love affair with creating a musical journey with her lyrics and melodies. That path continued and broadened years later with her love of artists like Janis Joplin, Fiona Apple and Lauryn Hill.

Every experience she’s had has broadened and shaped her music creatively like her time working at the world-class Studio At The Palms in Las Vegas. It was at The Palms that she really got her first taste of the music industry. Her time there even gave her the opportunity to dabble in modeling as the cover girl of the Killers’ sophomore album “Sam’s Town”. She was so inspired by all of the amazing talent that came through those doors every day including the likes of Michael Jackson, Pink, Timbaland, Maroon 5, Prince, Celine Dion and many more legends in music. It motivated her to work incessantly on her own music before and after work. Her experiences at The Palms eventually pushed her to move to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of performing and writing her own music.

Since moving to Los Angeles, LaZae had the honor of winning the Producer’s Choice Award for Recording Artist of the Year at the 21st Los Angeles Music Awards. Over the past couple of years she has been in demand to perform on the festival circuit at the Burbank International Film Festival, ITSA Film Festival and the Palm Springs Pride Festival, as well as special events like the Los Angeles VH1 Save The Music Foundation Young Benefactors Benefit. She has performed at some of the most iconic venues in Los Angeles including House of Blues, The Viper Room, Whisky A Go-Go and The Mint, to name a few.

For LaZae, writing music is about sharing her own experiences as well as the experiences in the world around her. It’s a very personal journey that she is ready to share with a broader audience.
