Christopher Taylor and John Greswell began music production in 1999 as co-members of the band Menlo Park. With the success of the band came requests from directors to score their films and ads, and the formation of MPM London in 2003.
With our experience in live production and our unique creative approach we have established a strong and distinct aesthetic with countless original scores and soundtracks for advertising campaigns, television and films.
We have had the honour to collaborate with legendary directors, creatives and producers. Evident in recent projects including Miss Dior and Dior Hommes with Anton Corbijn and Romain Gavras, Heineken with Tom Kuntz and the upcoming feature film Absolutely Anything starring Simon Pegg, Robin Williams and the Monty Pythons directed by Terry Jones.

With composition, production, sound design and music supervision we pride ourselves in presenting and exploring musical ideas and directions that may not otherwise have been considered.
Menlo Park was an alternative-rock band, founded in 1999, and recording between 2000 and 2003.
The band has been described by the London Evening Standard as “cajun folkists”, by Time Out as “theatrical swamp”, and by themselves as “hip-hop county” and “voodoo folk”.
It featured Harper Simon, Paul Simon’s son. Also, its drummer was Seb Rochford, who won the BBC Rising Star Jazz Award in 2004 and leads the Mercury Prize-nominated experimental-jazz group Polar Bear.
