Program Director of Seattle’s leading country music radio station, building it into a top 5 25-54 PPM ratings position and a top tier market revenue ranking while at the same time defeating and repositioning the long time heritage competitor. Co-created strategy for Fitz in The Morning rollout to multiple markets including both Porltand and San Francisco. Created & helped monetize multiple station event streams, station smart phone app rollout, digital and social strategy and growth. Co created, launched and program Hot 103-7, a rhythmic Hot AC formatted station that has been one of the most successful ratings debuts in the Nielsen Audio PPM era.

Oversaw programming and operations for 4 CBS Radio stations in San Francisco, including All News KCBS, Radio Alice@97.3; KMVQ-FM one of the pioneering stations of the new “MOViN’ format,and Classic Hits KFRC.

Notable accomplishments include the strategy and implementation of the creation of KCBS AM/FM simulcast resulting in major 25-54 improvement and strong revenue improvement and the re-pairing of the original Alice morning show team “Sarah & Vinnie” which led to a return to AM dominance for the station.

Additionally, served as VP/Programming, MOViN format, overseeing strategy for other CBS stations in the format.

Sucessfully built CHR (contemporary hit radio) Kiss 106.1 into a market leading station from the ground up, leading the station from 21st in billing to top 5 in the market. Built station audience into one of the top 3 weekly cumes in Seattle. Also launched the first “all 80’s” station in the country, 96.5 The Point, in 1999, taking the station to #2 in the market 25-54 in one book. Later, helped relaunch that station as “Jack FM” which helped result in another meteoric rise in both target demo ratings and revenue. Also, CBS Radio VP/CHR Programming, supervising and advising 6 other CBS stations across the country.
